Descripción : The mango (Manguifera indica L.) is an important fruit of Mexico, but the scale
white of the mango (Aulacaspis tubercularis Newstead) is one of the main pests that
affect their production. The importance of the plague is that it is distributed in
almost all mango producing areas in Mexico, in addition, depending on the degree of
infestation and cultivar, could affect the entire fruit. This study was conducted
for two years in seven thefts of mango (Manguifera indica L.) variety "Ataulfo"
located at different heights above sea level in the producing area of the municipality of
San Blas, Nayarit. Its objective was to know the population dynamics of the scale
white of the mango at different temperatures in the cultivar ‘Ataulfo’ in Nayarit as well as
estimate the impact of temperature on population densities of white flake
of the mango in Nayarit.
During the two years of sampling, white scale populations were recorded in their
highest levels during the period from March to June, characterized by presenting
relatively high temperatures and no rainfall. The stage with little or no
scale presence (from July to September), characterized by high rainfall
and high temperatures. With the white scale sampling, the presence of:
Chilocorus cacti, Pentillia spp, a complex of (Stetorus spp and Scymnus spp) and a complex
garbage (Ceraeochrysa spp).
Population changes in Aulacaspis tubercularis showed a positive correlation
significant with temperature. Due to the above, the temperature had an effect
determinant in white scale population densities in all orchards.White scale populations showed a negative correlation with precipitation
rain and relative humidity, temperature, negative humidity and precipitation. turned out
a positive correlation of scale populations with natural enemies.
Due to the high frequency of orchards with a negative correlation of rainfall and the
relative humidity, seems to indicate that the former had a greater impact on populations of
the white scale that the temperature and the natural enemies.2019-11-01T00:00:00ZCRECIMIENTO EN VIVERO DE GUAYABO EN CONDICIONES DE ESTRÉS SALINOINDA ROMERO, FRANCISCO JAVIERhttp://dspace.uan.mx:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/23622021-06-07T18:36:34Z2019-06-01T00:00:00ZTítulo : CRECIMIENTO EN VIVERO DE GUAYABO EN CONDICIONES DE ESTRÉS SALINO
Autor : INDA ROMERO, FRANCISCO JAVIER
fresca y seca en hojas, tallo y raíz, concentración de fósforo, calcio, potasio y sodio;
densidad y diámetro longitudinal de estomas. Se encontraron diferencias entre
genotipos.
A 3.5 dS m-1

(6.34%), el menor contenido de humedad fue de 0.0146% a 10 minutos y 300 W;
siguientes: 0.2169% a 15 minutos y 300 W; 2.162% a 15 minutos y 150 W; 19.762%
Descripción : Starch is one of the most widely used polysaccharides in the food industry as it is an
excellent raw material for modifying the texture and consistency of food; horticultural
products is the main source of energy storage. Its extraction and characterization of
starches from different unconventional sources, such as the fruit of soursop, can be
an alternative with functional properties and a wide field of application in the food
industry. The use of emerging technologies to assist in extraction, such as
ultrasound, attributes sensory effects and enhanced functional properties to the final
product, so the goal of this research was to characterize the functional properties of
starches of soursop fruits by assisted and conventional extraction, as well as
determine the presence of acetogenins. Three times (10, 15 and 20 minutes) and
three ultrasound powers (W) of 150, 225 and 300 were used in assisted extraction.

sugars), gelatinization temperature, absorption rate (IAA) and water solubility (ISA),
swelling index (HY), amylose and amylopectin, lugol tintion, presence of acetogenins
and starch granule morphology. The highest extraction yield (ultrasound) was under
conditions of 10 minutes and 300 W (6.34%), the lowest moisture content was
0.0146% to 10 minutes and 300 W; the highest amounts of ash, protein, total fiber
and total sugars were as follows: 0.2169% to 151 300 W; 2.162% to 15 minutes and
150 W; 19.762% at 15 minutes and 225 W; 0.63% at 15 minutes and 300 W, equally
at 20 minutes and 300 W, respectively; the gelatinization temperature was presented at 10 minutes and 225 W (82.33 C); ISAs were presented at 6.13-0.00% in 10-minute
and 150 W conditions; IAAs at 3.34-0.12% also IH at 3.26-0.00% both in
conventional extraction; the highest amount of amylose was 35.10% in conventional
extraction and amylopectin was 76.00% to 15 minutes and 150 W; the tintion of lugol
determined the presence of amylose in soursop starch by the blue coloration; the
growth of granules by water absorption was also observed; the morphology of the
granules of the extracted starches showed circular shapes in different sizes with
truncated geometries; acetogenins (qualitative test) were observed in the two
extraction methods.2020-07-01T00:00:00ZSUSTRATOS, SOLUCIONES NUTRITIVAS E INTENSIDAD DE RALEO DE FRUTOS EN LA PRODUCCIÓN Y CALIDAD DE TOMATE CHERRY EN HIDROPONÍALUNA FLETES, JONAS ALANhttp://dspace.uan.mx:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/23212020-06-26T23:04:25Z2017-07-01T00:00:00ZTítulo : SUSTRATOS, SOLUCIONES NUTRITIVAS E INTENSIDAD DE RALEO DE FRUTOS EN LA PRODUCCIÓN Y CALIDAD DE TOMATE CHERRY EN HIDROPONÍA

frutos.
