| Resumen : | La justificación del tema a estudio gira en torno de que la realidad social demanda tomar actitudes transformadoras, reflexivas y criticas, igualmente, el sistema jurídico debe evolucionar conforme avanza nuestra sociedad, y así renovar las leyes, principios y criterios jurídicos; esto, con la finalidad de que exista sincronía, entre lo demandado por la sociedad y el orden jurídico. Solo de esta manera se alcanzara el bien común. |
| Descripción : | The justification of the topic under study revolves around the fact that social reality demands transforming, reflexive and critical attitudes. Likewise, the legal system must evolve as our society advances, and thus renew the laws, principles and legal criteria; this with the purpose of existing synchrony between what is demanded by society and the legal order. Only in this way will the common good be achieved. |
