dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research work is to demonstrate that the denial of access to health services by same-sex marriages is motivated by unequal treatment of these couples on the basis of their sexual preference, which leads to discrimination against their partners, and the violation of their right to dignity, equality, health, certainty legal, among other fundamental rights, generating a state of defenselessness, against individuals and against the State itself. The unit of analysis is the right to health, the variables are: I) The (II) the violation of the fundamental right of access to that right; and access to health services that everyone has. Indicators of the variables: The laws of Social Security and the Institute of Security and Services of the State Workers.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl objeto de estudio del presente trabajo de investigación es demostrar que la negativa del acceso a los servicios de salud por parte de los matrimonios entre personas del mismo sexo, es motivada por un trato desigual a estas parejas en razón de su preferencia sexual, lo que conlleva a una discriminación de sus personas y a la vulneración de sus derecho a la dignidad, igualdad, salud, certeza jurídica, entre otros derechos fundamentales, generando un estado de indefensión frente a particulares y frente al propio Estado. La unidad de análisis es el derecho a la salud, las variables son: I) La negativa de acceso a tal derecho y II) la vulneración del derecho fundamental de acceso a los servicios de salud que toda persona tiene. Indicadores de las variables: Las leyes del Seguro Social y del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado.es_ES
