dc.descriptionNowadays, the technological revolution and the cybernetics, promote in the student more interest to enroll in a career that participates in such development, where the teaching of mathematics occupies a fundamental place in these educational systems. It is believed that the level of scientific and technological preparation can be increased if mathematical knowledge is properly taught. Although we can not predict the type of mathematics that will be used in the future, we can be quite sure that its usefulness will continue to increase and that its application will extend to many fields (Wenzelburger, 1992: 55). The development of the abilities for the study, is something that in the level of superior education, has been forgotten, because it is considered that the young person when reaching this level already reached the intellectual development. In the degree in Computer Systems Engineering, talking about Mathematics, cause in the student, lack of motivation, fear, trauma, negative predisposition and also boredom and classes with traditionalist teachers, because they face abstract symbolic operations out of context real and simplistic and this in turn is reflected in school performance. The use of learning strategies that motivate to achieve greater integration in the study of mathematics, has been a great concern for the teachers of the Technological Institute of Tepic.es_ES
dc.description.abstractHoy en día, la revolución tecnológica y la cibernética, promueven en el estudiante más interés por inscribirse en una carrera que participe en dicho desarrollo, donde la enseñanza de las matemáticas ocupa un lugar fundamental en estos sistemas educativos. Se cree que el nivel de preparación científica y tecnológica puede aumentarse si el conocimiento matemático se ensena apropiadamente. Aunque no podemos predecir el tipo de matemáticas que se usara en el futuro, podemos estar bastante seguros que su utilidad continuara aumentando y que su aplicación se extenderá a muchos campos (Wenzelburger, 1992: 55). El desarrollo de las habilidades para el estudio, es algo que en el nivel de educación superior, ha estado olvidado, debido a que se considera que el joven al llegar a este nivel ya alcanzó el desarrollo intelectual. En la licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, hablar de Matemáticas, provocan en el alumno, falta de motivación, temor, trauma, predisposición negativa y también aburrimiento y clases con maestros tradicionalistas, debido a que se enfrenta a operaciones simbólicas abstractas fuera de su contexto real y simplista y esto a su vez se refleja en el rendimiento escolar. El uso de estrategias de aprendizaje que motiven a lograr una mayor integración en el estudio de matemáticas, ha sido una gran preocupación por los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico de Tepic.es_ES
