dc.description.abstractLa Gestión Escolar durante las últimas décadas ha venido a desempeñar un papel fundamental en la búsqueda de respuestas a diversas de las problemáticas que aquejan el sistema educativo en México. Los organismos internacionales como el Banco Mundial, que han conformado un referente muy importante para la toma de decisiones en los proyectos educativos de nación, conforme se avanza teórica y conceptualmente, en complejizar al fenómeno escolar, hay referentes que indican que hoy día, los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, son influenciados no sólo por elementos pedagógico- curricular dentro del aula, sino por el conjunto de interacciones fuera de ésta y de las instituciones.es_ES
