Resumen : En la presente investigación veremos como a través del tiempo se ha ido desarrollando el juicio de amparo y los mecanismos de defensa constitucional hasta nuestros días, también se remontara la investigación hasta el origen de las leyes orgánicas que fueron dando forma al juicio de amparo, y pasaremos por ver el estado pasado de las cosas para tener un mejor entendimiento toda vez que es de vital importancia conocer nuestra historia y nuestro pasado para poder entender nuestro presente; se analizaran algunas figuras jurídicas de control de constitucionalidad en las cuales se darán puntos de vista de diferentes autores expertos en los temas que se tocan.
Descripción : In the present investigation we will see how, over time, the amparo trial and constitutional defense mechanisms have been developing up to the present day. The investigation will also go back to the origin of the organic laws that were shaping the amparo trial, and We will go through the past state of things to have a better understanding, since it is vitally important to know our history and our past in order to understand our present; Some legal constitutional control figures will be analyzed in which different expert authors' points of view will be given on the topics that are touched upon.
