Resumen : Se puede afirmar que los grandes cambios que los factores reales, científicos, tecnológicos y sociales entre otros conllevan a exigir el cumplimiento preciso de los postulados de la Constitución Mexicana, en este caso se atrae la atención respecto a la realidad penitenciaria del estado, para establecer la base que sirva de parámetro y poder proyectar y normar un sistema y medidas de seguridad penitenciario del centro del país y así hacer un aporte a las personas que por una u otra cosa se encuentran inmersas en esos centros penitenciarios siendo en beneficio también a la sociedad.
Descripción : It can be affirmed that the great changes that the real, scientific, technological and social factors, among others, lead to demand the precise fulfillment of the postulates of the Mexican Constitution, in this case attention is drawn to the state's penitentiary reality, to establish the base that serves as a parameter and to be able to project and regulate a prison security system and measures in the center of the country and thus make a contribution to the people who for one thing or another are immersed in those penitentiary centers, also benefiting society .
