dc.descriptionThis paper presents in general, the current situation of cultivation of guanabana in the municipality of Compostela, Nayarit; the research was carried out with a quantitative and qualitative approach, the general objective was to describe the situation of guanabana in the municipality of Compostela. The results show that the generation of added value is important in the socio-economic sense for producers and their families. One of the main problems for the producers of the guanabana, is lost post-harvest, lack of collection and storage spaces suitable for conservation and mainly to the absence of transportation suitable for commercialization infrastructure.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se presenta de manera general, la situación actual del cultivo de guanábana en el municipio de Compostela, Nayarit; la investigación fue realizada con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, el objetivo general fue describir la situación de guanábana en el municipio de Compostela. Los resultados demuestran que la generación de valor agregado es importante en el sentido socioeconómico de los productores y sus familias. Uno de los principales problemas para los productores de la guanábana, es la pérdida post-cosecha, la carencia de espacios de acopio y almacenamiento adecuados para la conservación y principalmente a la ausencia de infraestructura de transporte adecuado para la comercialización.es_ES
