dc.descriptionLiving in a constitutional and democratic State implies, among other things, the submission of authorities and society in general to a regulatory framework consistent with the postulates of the Constitution that governs them and grants a minimum degree of security and protection in their rights . It is necessary to converge a large number of factors so that this submission can occur and there are also many consequences that its absence can lead to the stability of the state. The public power and its legitimacy, democracy, political representation, party system and electoral system are just some of the issues we have selected to develop this research, all of which are essential to understand these consequences and especially to find a way to avoid them.es_ES
dc.description.abstractVivir en un Estado constitucional y democrático implica, entre otras cosas, el sometimiento de las autoridades y de la sociedad en general a un marco normativo coherente con los postulados de la Constitución que les rige y otorga un grado mínimo de seguridad y protección en sus derechos. Es necesario que confluya una gran cantidad de factores para que pueda darse este sometimiento y muchas son también las consecuencias que su inexistencia puede llegar a provocar en la estabilidad del estado. El poder público y su legitimidad, democracia, representación política, sistema de partidos y sistema electoral son solo algunos de los temas que hemos seleccionado para desarrollar la presente investigación, todos los cuales resultan imprescindibles para comprender estas consecuencias y sobre todo para encontrar la forma de evitarlas.es_ES
